Positive: Aproape de centru iar persoana ce inchiria a fost receptiva la câteva cerințe ale noastre, în limita posibilităților.
Negative: Aparatul de cafea stricat. Miros de mucegai/aer închis din cauza umidității. Cearșafurile necalcate deși curate, păreau folosite. În 5zile doar un rand de prosoape. Pereții foarte subtiri, termopan la fel, de auzeai orice din exterior mai ales toată construcțiile ce se fac în zona.
